WARNING - before you sign a contract - THINK TWICE or 10 times. The price in the contract will be a small fraction of what you will end up paying with this company. They will be inflating prices for every tiny little thing. They will make mistakes, sometimes even in the contract and unless you agree with them, they will hold up work; they will gaslight you and tell you they never promised things. Nightmare company to work with. Unless you want a headache that drags on for a long time. Avoid at all costs! Throughout the build process, you can expect owner Emil Ranaudo to not stick to the agreed upon terms, hit you with price increases, and try to say everything is a change order. His personality is quite abrasive and he cares more about winning an argument than honoring contract terms and working collaboratively.
