WARNING - before you sign a contract - THINK TWICE or 10 times. The price in the contract will be a small fraction of what you will end up paying with this company. They will be inflating prices for every tiny little thing. They will make mistakes, sometimes even in the contract and unless you agree with them, they will hold up work; they will gaslight you and tell you they never promised things.
