RACIST ALERT! Avoid this shop if you have self-esteem. The elderly guy served me was shockingly rude. I wanted a mix of white,pink&orange roses, he accused me of not trusting him when I simply asked him a question about the roses. Louise was highly recommended by a family friend for our wedding. I chose the colour palette and Louise and her team came up with the rest. The Mandalay Flowers team was meticulous with their planning and execution. The floral arrangements were exquisite and elevated our wedding. All our guests were blown away by the flowers and commented for weeks afterwards. Appalling experience. Prices were 20–30% higher than standard, and when I questioned it, I was told “the foliage is complimentary.” If you’re already charging a premium for the flowers, nothing is complimentary, it’s built into the price. I’d rather pay $10 for foliage than be given that kind of attitude. Comments like “this is Sydney” and such are just unacceptable.
