Louise and her team at Mandalay are true professionals. The flowers for my daughter’s recent wedding were breathtaking. Nothing was a problem. They had creative freedom and delivered perfection
Appalling experience. Prices were 20–30% higher than standard, and when I questioned it, I was told “the foliage is complimentary.” If you’re already charging a premium for the flowers, nothing is complimentary, it’s built into the price. I’d rather pay $10 for foliage than be given that kind of attitude. Comments like “this is Sydney” and such are just unacceptable. Horrible service. Rude staff. I paid $100 for a bouquet that was basically a couple of flowers put together with zero effort or care. I recommend supporting other businesses than one like this one that treats their customers so poorly. I am surprised they’re still in business.
