I made an appointment via healthengine app. There were no notification about registration fee for new patients. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was so rude. No eye contact, and the attitude was like "if you dont pay, you can walk out of that door, and we are not bulk billed either". I visited Mandalay Family Clinic on March 25th with my daughter and was charged a $60 registration fee. On April 7th, I took my daughter for a second consultation. Later, I requested a simple written confirmation of the visit so I could provide it to my employer for carer leave. Shockingly, the clinic refused to issue the document unless I paid an additional $100 "registration fee"—even though I was not the patient.
