All the staff is very friendly including nurse, always find improvements in mandalay clinic
The doctors here are wonderful – caring and professional. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the reception staff. They are consistently rude, dismissive, and show no empathy whatsoever. Instead of listening to patient feedback about making communication clearer (something many reviews have already mentioned), they shut you down and make you feel as if you are “stupid.” It’s such a shame because I’ve been attending this clinic for years, and the original staff used to be amazing. I made an appointment via healthengine app. There were no notification about registration fee for new patients. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist was so rude. No eye contact, and the attitude was like "if you dont pay, you can walk out of that door, and we are not bulk billed either". I tried to ask for the explanation for 100$ registration fee, she just kept saying it's a new rule. it'd be nice to act kind to your customers, especially those sick ones and the receptionists are the front-liners of clinics. and w... read more
