My go to spot for Pho with all the fixings.
This is honestly one of the best food options at UNM, especially for vegetarians. Whenever I don’t feel like eating meat, this is my go-to spot. The food is always amazing especially the tofu noodle soup, which is easily my favorite. Everything tastes really fresh and flavorful. Even the non-vegetarian options are just as good. Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 10/10. I genuinely feel like this is one of the best places to eat on campus.
They give you a small portion for that price.
Likely the best option at the SUB when it comes to both food and efficiency. No matter what time you get here, you'll be in line for less than five minutes. One of the only choices UNM has to offer that actually has food and flavor worthwhile of your cash. While Subway might have a similar format, it can take up to thirty minutes standing in line. Only reason I hesitate to give five stars is that the food sometimes is sitting in the serving tray for a while. Not often, but when you get to it, the food is stale.
The sweet and sour chicken is great.
