Such an unproffessional office. After so many years, dealing with them just continues to get worse. Kayti and Kimberly never answer our phone calls or emails eventhough we manage multple properties in this community. They deny rental applications without reason eventhough we verify our tenants criminal history and background checks. Tenants wait over 30 days just to get denied without reason or explanation.
