I loved going to Mandala for my therapy needs. My therapist was incredibly kind and intuitive. She helped me build a toolbox of useful strategies to break cycles, process trauma, and become a better version of myself. Waiting list for years twice and the first person just left me with no callbacks and the second one moved on without a callback cause I hadn't done paperwork but I was sick with covid and flu and forgot. Don't feel valued there at all!! Then telling me I had to go back on the wait list at the bottom! Terrible service and terrible treatment to people already having deep emotional struggles. Save yourself and see someone else!
