Had a wonderful experience with Allegra and Ellen. Appointments were easy and informative, I always felt supported in making informed decisions without ever feeling pushed into anything. Caring and sweet while being hilarious- I think I laughed at every appointment. With their advice I was able to beat gestational thrombocytopenia and get my platelets from 97k to 160k so I could continue with my plan to have a home birth. They helped me successfully deliver my baby girl unmedicated & at home 💕

I was under the care of Mandala Midwifery for most of my pregnancy and through 6 weeks postpartum. Here’s what my experience was like: The Good:

Professional, friendly (funny!), true teammates. Mandala Midwifery helped me have two beautiful home births and provided excellent prenatal and postpartum care. I interviewed several midwives before choosing them and could not be more grateful for all they've done. These women are literally worth their weight in gold! My first delivery was a 56 hour delivery in the hospital with a provider who pushed interventions and made me feel like I couldn’t do it. I lost a lot of self-esteem and resulted in having severe postpartum depression due to the drugs used. Allegra and her team helped me successfully deliver two babies. I highly recommend these amazing ladies. Their clear communication, pre and postnatal care is so thorough, safe and supportive. WAY MORE than anywhere else I spoke to in town. Their labor support helped me so much with positions and with the pain. Their love and support in the first few weeks postpartum as well was exactly the support my growing family needed.
