Maybe you shouldn't laugh at a prospective customer when they call in to ask about possibly ordering an arrangement. I understand if you booked up... Good for you! But to laugh at someone because they need something for tomorrow and that is not possible a simple answer would suffice. I don't appreciate being made to feel like an idiot. How could I possibly know that. I thought of you first as I live in this community and I was trying to shop local. I found what I wanted elsewhere.

Mallory has been my local florist for years and I always know if I personally shop her store or someone shops for me that she will put together a “ happy to have” bouquet! , She continues to make her floral shop a place to shop for beautiful home/ personal accessories. Im never disappointed when I refer family/ friends/ colleagues

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day and was disappointed when the number of blooms was significantly less than pictured. The shop told me with price increases for MD I should expect to get less flowers and that it was still made to value of $100. That’s fine…. But maybe have a disclosure for people so they understand and could spend more to receive the look they expect. Picture from website, picture of what received.
