ALI SOTOLONGO board certified behavior analyst at Mandala Family Wellness made me and my family feel useless unwanted and embarrassed. Her condescending demeanor towards me and my children has really left a dark cloud over my family during this devastating moment of our lives. To be treated with such disrespect and hostility at an establishment that promotes Wellness is absurd. We will be escalating this complaint. We brought our son to Mandala to help with some behavioral issues, and we (as well as he) not only had an amazing experience with the therapists, we discovered a community that is full of support. As the parent of a child who acts out, the day to day can feel overwhelming. But the team at Mandala has offered a safe space for us and our child, and has helped in so many ways. We highly recommend.
