I was in to see Cassie for the first time at the new location - it’s beautiful! Warm, cozy and welcoming. Immaculately clean and tidy. Also, easy parking in downtown Geneva. The sweet lady that checked me in (her name is escaping me) offered me something to drink immediately after getting me settled. She could not have been nicer. I’ve had a really great experience at Mandala Aesthetics in Geneva. I’ve been there a few times now and every visit has been wonderful. Cassie is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dana at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. The whole place has a very professional and friendly atmosphere. I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them. Looking forward to coming back!
I cannot say enough good things about Mandala. I see Cassie and she is truly the best. She is so friendly and personable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Cassie is absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. She is so patient, caring, and thoughtful, and truly takes the time to make sure you feel confident and well taken care of. Cassie and her team at Mandala are fantastic! As an aesthetic treatment newbie, I was looking for a less is more approach and Cassie has been the best in working with me to find the right plan that works for me.
