I cannot speak more wonderfully about the experience I had at Mandal’s Service Dept. I had a awful time with the dealership I purchased my jeep to get a recall done but thanks to Tony I found a new place I can trust my Jeep to be serviced. His communication on parts ordered and being in was fantastic and they had the work done in a day! Thank you again Tony for everything!

Only with this tool I have solved a problem by removing the old original grease in this simple connector that the dealer could not determine with a scanner and I don't know how many unnecessary tests they did. And they wanted to continue reviewing it with more time, costing me more out of pocket depending on the hours it took them to continue diagnosing it. My service advisor Jeremy always takes care of me. He got the oil changed quickly. Even found a recall that needed done had the part and completed it.
