I took a rug in that a friend bought me from Saudi Arabia in 2001. Hadn't been cleaned in 24 yrs, it was filthy. I took it in with fingers crossed and have to say they did a phenomenal job. It was like new.
We’ve used Mancuso since moving to Red Deer 25 years ago. They’ve always been fantastic. Recently, we had a hot water tank go and the restoration/insurance company handled the repairs. We were left with water stains. We called Mancuso hopeful that Paulo could help - and he did! He is so knowledgeable, professional and kind … just the nicest man doing great work. Thank you!! We were dreading the idea of replacing the full basement flooring and now don’t have to!
Did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpet in my house. Super professional, pleasant to deal with. No complaints at all!
This company did a great job. They truely did. The tile is clean, the grout is clean and scrubbed by hand. (although they missed a line) regardless, I was given tips on how to maintain the floor, how to care for it and clean it. This company inspected the floor and even the helper remarked there was no damage except for a pit mark in a different room. They broke a tile near my door then denied it.
