If ZERO stars were an option this would definitely not have one for my review. not only is the staff RUDE, but also don't care about your pet in emergency situations. Our sweet baby wasn't feeling good, he was taken here, in the past we trusted this place but that was many years ago. We picked him up yesterday and he came back even WORSE, we thought maybe he's just feeling a bit droopy from the medicine, but he wasn't getting any better... He passed away, we lost a family member. Took my dachshund in Monday, yes I was pleased with them fitting me in on short notice but I felt his needs would be met with urgency as well. Financially I couldn’t meet the price so I was directed to Pets Sake which I am highly appreciative of for matching what I could. My doxie was not holding food or water down for 2 days and it was making him slouchy. I knew he needed immediate help. He was seen and came home 10x worse and he passed away last night. This place dont care about your dog. You take them there and they return worse. U put your trust in them all they care about is money they dont care to work with you... thank you for aiding in death of our family dog....thanks for nothing 😢 he was dearly loved...
Everyone was so nice and really cared for our dog. She was a stray and is very skiddish and shy. Not with those nice ladies at Mancos Vet. She went right up to them. She knew they were good people. They spent a lot of time with us to answer any questions we had. We were able to get in to see them in just a few days. We are very happy to have Manco Valley Veterinary Hospital care for our new dog.
