Seems to be a reccuring theme with the type of attitude given by the staff here... Reached out to set an appointment for one of my dogs, was emailed and texted that they would set an appointment for my dog on the day I requested so long as I filled out a patient form, which I did immediately. They never got back to me so I called and was told, with a bit of an attitude, "well I don't know who told you that because we don't have any available appointments", when I was explicitly told that there were no available slots UNTIL t... read more

Dr. Rose A. Bernholtz is truly a lifesaver. On the afternoon of July 3rd, our 5-month-old puppy, Copper, was brutally attacked by a neighbor’s pitbull in our yard. It was late in the day before a holiday weekend, and despite calling multiple veterinary and emergency clinics, no one would see him including Durango.
