Replaced an old closet door with a new door from Mancino Window & Doors. Went to several places before MWD, and they didn’t have what I was looking for. MWD had the exact door I was looking for, and they measured and sized it pefectly. All I had to do was remove the old door and put up the new door. Great group of people to work with also.
I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come to my home and take measurements for a potential window replacement project. The appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but by 2:00 PM no one had arrived. I called the office and was told that the technician would be there in a few minutes. I continued waiting, but by 3:30 PM no one had shown up. When I called again, I was told that the technician had supposedly rung my doorbell and left because no one answered. Terrible service and communication! I contacted Mancino door & window based on the 5 star review and what a huge mistake that was. I'm still struggling to understand how they have a 5 star review. Jennifer was our sales person and the job was based in Laguna Woods to replace a window and sliding glass door. The entire process has been extremely stressful for my 85 year old mother as it has been for my husband & I. Mancino made it easy to replace our windows. Garry did an on-site assessment and helped us choose the style and configuration of each window. On installation day, Garry dispatched an experienced crew with enough manpower so that our 11 windows got done in 1 day. Led by Fidel and Isaac, they exercised care with both the interior and exterior of the house, laying down tarps wherever they stepped and vacuuming after each installation was complete.
