We had the best experience with Rob and MDW. On a referral from a trusted source, we figured we were in good hands but the team's quality products and service speak for themselves. Our front doors were in desperate need of upgrade and we found exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend MDW to anyone looking to replace or level up their windows and doors.
We had an issue with a Milgard window purchased years ago through another representative. Rob at MDW was incredibly helpful in getting our issue resolved. He came by our house that same day to look at the window and help us contact right team at Milgard. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly -- we'll definitely be using MDW for our future needs.
These guys were fantastic from start to finish. Rob Fahl came out to go over everything and I immediately felt comfortable with him and everything he explained to me. He sent his crew (Jose from Azusa, Armando and Steven) out to complete a large job. They did a wonderful job and they were great guys. I can see why my neighbor recommended them. Love everything they did.
On January 3, we had Mancino Door & Window install 4 windows in our rental condo, replacing very old, hard to open/close windows. Rob Fahl, at Mancino, was great to deal with, very responsive. He provided us with the exact docs needed by our HOA, and gave us a competitive quote. The installation was done expertly, and on time. Our tenants—and us, the owners—are delighted with the new windows. They open and close as smooth as… glass!
My wife and I have been looking for the right company to replace our windows on our family home for probably about 5 years and we got plenty of quotes and differing approaches but Rob Fahl from MDW blew them all away.
