The team at this location was helpful, but this review is a warning about Mancini's corporate warranty policy. Our Mancini-branded mattress started sagging noticeably on sides where we sleep and became incredibly uncomfortable after just one year. What makes this worse is that sagging makes the mattress very uneven. The Sunnyvale store team duly noted our complaint and arranged for inspection and the report found .5inch dip. Checked with on-line, and deal at off line. Same price , and saw the model. I took Casper Slate mattress, and price is same with on- line advertisement. Very professional, and finished everything just 15 minutes, Goog deal!!
Richard and Scott are very nice and helpful. The showroom was large and offered a very nice variety of mattresses.
