This location has been friendly and helpful with regards to my purchases at the store. The service is always quick and willing to help no matter the situation.
My partner and I are very happy with our purchase. The store manager Scott helped us out. We described what we were looking for, he pointed out the mattresses that fit and then let us be to decide. I appreciated this because at the last store we went to the sales person was trying to pressure us into making a purchase. Compared the to msrp prices online, the price we got in store was a good deal. Delivery was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
Scott showed patience, knowledge, and great salesmanship in helping us find the right mattress.
Really appreciate the time Scott and Richard spent explaining the differences between the mattresses I was looking into, and the extra support getting me set up once I made my selection. The showroom is very well kept and there are lots of models to choose from. Recommend!
