Scott, Mancini Manager in Sunnyvale, was great. Can't comment on the delivery or set-up, but the selection and order process was seamless, efficient and he offered us a great price, applying a discount coupon that he found without us asking for it. We did have buyer's remorse on a seperate headboard purchase; Scott took care of canceling the order and credit card refund without any problems.
It was great visiting Mancini's Sunnyvale, we were able to make a selection really quickly. Richard was able to help us and is highly generous.
