Great selection and price – Found exactly what we wanted and was able to negotiate a great price. Delivery was another issue, we had a broken piece but they replaced it immediately.
Mancini Sleep Word - all sales final – Beware of the business practices of Mancini stores. They offer a 60 day comfort guarantee. Not real. When I went to swap the mattress I found they would not refund any money - so any mattress less expensive is a swap for even price. The only other choice was $1,000 more. Even though they told me during the sale that I could trade down. When I challenged them - they said read the back of the receipt - clearly states NO REFUNDS.
