My brother, Rodney and I received excellent customer service at the Brentwood Mancini’s Store from Daniel James. He researched and located a xl mattress for my tall brother. We purchased an xl mattress cover, xl sheets & a pillow and it all fit perfectly. It was nice to purchase everything for his bedding at one store. Also, he corrected an error with the paperwork within hours after our purchase to guarantee next day delivery. The delivery men were punctual, professional, and polite.
Such a wonderful experience, thanks to Roland! We initially stopped in just to browse, but Roland’s exceptional customer service made us feel so comfortable and confident that we ended up purchasing two mattresses! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Great service and a sincere desire to help us find exactly what we needed.
Walked in, purchased what I wanted and left. Best customer service and super friendly delivery people!
We purchased two beds from Jerry and it was a great experience. We found Jerry to be very knowledgeable and there was no upsale pressure. He was truly focused on selling us the mattress and beds we found most comfortable and met our needs. He wrote up a god deal and followed up the next day and added mattresses protectors that he worked in to our deal. Highly recommended Mancini’s and this location.
The salesman was really nice and pleasant. Great selection and great customer service
