Had my car accident in July it’s like pulling teeth to get any kinds of updates. It’s always we are still requesting medical bills call you in a few days with a update. No one ever calls and it doesn’t takes 4 months to get bills from 3 places. Then the receptionist got really rude with me cause I have called every 2-3 weeks for a update to express my worry of bills now being in collections.
