So I booked an appointment and I arrived 5 minutes early. They told me the hairdresser was running late and to come back in half an hr. When I returned after half hr, she said she's not done yet, but almost. I sat in the waiting area which is in the mall hallway again looking forward to my haircut. I kept waiting for few minutes until I decided that was enough. BTW this how they treat a first time customer.
$40 for a haircut that doesn’t include a wash or blow dry. I asked for my split ends to be cut off and I had to go home and cut more because my 10 minute cut was not good enough. Won’t return
Been coming here for probably over 20 years. All good cutters and very friendly and accommodating
