Got the honey garlic chicken with noodles. Chicken is just deep fried battered chicken bites tossed in sauce and the noodles tasted like they were fried in a burnt pan. To top it off had liquid diarrhea within 2 hrs
Normally I don't write reviews but this Manchu Wok is not it. I get its generic mall food but this specific location is kinda bad. I got the Lo mein noodles and honey garlic chicken and was disappointed. The noodles were okay, but were kinda dry and the chicken had this weird taste, almost like chemicals and window cleaner??? On Saturday July 4 at approx 2:30 my friend had the rice noodles orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Less then 1.5 hours later as we were driving home she was over come with illness. We had to pull over on the busy 403 highway and my friend was violently ill on the side of the road. We had to call 911 and she was transferred to hospital for treatment. My friend ate there today July 4 at approx 230pm. She was terribly sicky with diarrhea 1.5 hours later . Beware. The doctor think that the rice is full of bacteria called bacillus cereas .
This was by far the worst Chinese food I've had. Absolutely no flavor !! the noodles were bland, and the chicken was overly sweet instead of savory. Everything tasted underseasoned and disappointing. Considering the price I expected a much better meal. It was definitely not worth the money. I recommend skipping this place and trying something else
