I visited this location around 6:10 PM and attempted to place an order through the app, only to find it marked as "closed," despite the restaurant clearly being open. When I approached the counter to ask about the issue, the staff showed little interest in assisting. I was told that they only fulfill orders received through the system and had no control over technical issues, which left me feeling dismissed.
