This review is about poor communication when calling to speak to a doctor or someone you have been seeing regularly. All of the calls are automatically routed to Manchester even when I am trying to contact someone in Nashua. When I ask to speak to someone I have recently seen or spoken to the Manchester office staff wants me to tell them why I need to speak to a particular person.
