Almost killed my elderly father Dr Lavalley left an infected catheter in .hospitalized since hrs after visit with her sepsis when admitted thir afternoon. Now he's got to do rehab he's been on 3 iv antibiotics. SE SHOULD BE ASHAMED YELLING AT ME ABOUT WANTING CATHETER OUT SAYI G HED END UP RETAINING URINE ANDIN ER. This review is about poor communication when calling to speak to a doctor or someone you have been seeing regularly. All of the calls are automatically routed to Manchester even when I am trying to contact someone in Nashua. When I ask to speak to someone I have recently seen or spoken to the Manchester office staff wants me to tell them why I need to speak to a particular person. RecommendedThey are always accommodating and I always leave knowing i was well taken care of! Love all the nurses so much, they do not get enough credit for their hard work! My surgeon Dr. Girasole did an amazing job on my surgery and I’m on the road to healing!!
HORRID!!!!! DO NOT USE I had a scheduled appointment after being seen in the Elliott hospital. I was supposed to be seen within 3 days..they took me 5 days after, they did NOT tell me where they were located and that it was IN the medical building on property, so i drove around looking for it. I had to ask the hoapital wherr it was, so i showed at up and signed in at 11:04 for an 11:00 appointment, did all the paperwork then they tell me the couldnt take me.! Asked me to come back later!
