This was my first appointment and the office arbitrarily bumped my "per-confirmed appointment" to 1 hour later; I had received confirmation of the first appointment time, and was not notified of the change until I had been waiting nearly a half hour. Awful receptionist! They are extremely rude, so confusing, no one knows what's going on. Say one thing one day and something else the next day. Say they have a referral and everything is good to go and then a week later they don't actually have one. There's been so many different problems about my one procedure I had done. They call everyday about it, but they say something different every time, I don't think they know what they're even taking about!
