So I am a veteran seeing community care. I was told when I called to make my appointment that they could not make an appointment for me without having my authorization from the VA. Okay so I called both my VA doctors. A few days later I got a call from Manchester urology at Portsmouth saying that I can make my appointment now which I did. I waited months to see them only to show up today and be told that they don't have my authorization paperwork from the VA. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone
Had surgery, which ultimately made my issue worse. Trying to get support has been miserable. Dropped calls, long holds, and not following through. I’ve called 3 times to get a referral to imaging placed. They tell me they send a referral but never actually send it.
