Edit: Hung up the phone on me because they didn't want to listen to reason. They left explicit instructions to call them and follow prompts. When I did so, the rude lady said I was wrong and would not serve me, and just hung up on me "pretending she disconnected". Take your money elsewhere this business sucks. Greeted by the wrong name. Didn't have my records although I called twice to confirm they had them prior to my appointment. I left with more questions than answers overall a bad experience felt like a walk in clinic.
FRAUD-- showed up for appointment and front desk tried to tell me I had reschedule my appointment for another day, took me showing my confirmation texts for appointment before she admitted someone in their office had just switched my appointment without telling me. I left without seeing anyone, got a 1 minute call from nurse later that afternoon, with a non-apology. Just received a bill in the mail for my non existent appointment. These people take advantage of patients, stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
