I read the service contract and it is a very bad service contract locking people in for a 5-year service agreement with no real way out until the end of the contract always read your contracts before signing
I placed my trash cans, so I can drive out of my driveway, but when I come home, my trash cans are across my driveway, and I can't enter my driveway. Can they cut that out?
This place has the worst customer service ever I tried calling them and I was on hold for 15 minutes before I just decided to not even tried to call them anymore so then I showed up there and they wanted me to pay $75 just to throw away a toilet I thought it was ridiculous and left!
Says they are open Sundays got here at 8:07am and no one to be seen.
Very poor customer service. I arrived at the landfill 3 minutes before the posted closing time, and they refused to let me enter. If your closing time is posted, customers should be able to access the service until that time. Turning people away before closing is misleading and extremely frustrating, especially after taking the time and fuel to drive there.
