I got to stop by MTR today with a baggie of parts and a bunch of questions about an older electric motor for my wood planer I have. within a few mins of talking, Rich hooked me up with just the things i was looking for. Thank you Rich for taking the time to listen and share ideas and info into getting my wood planer back up and running. I now know the place i"m going to go to when i need parts and repairs for my stuff. Thanks again Rich!

If you need something repaired I highly recommend going anywhere but here. Save your money. Went it with a drywall sanding machine, 300$ later after being told it was all set to go I used it for about 10 minutes and it turned off again. Brought it back figuring they would honor their work but after they reviewed the machine I was told the on / off switch has been discontinued.... I’m sure any generic switch could have been used. But instead I was handed back the machine broken with no refund or effort to help. Highly disappo... read more
You cant find this kind of service just anywhere. I drive about 40 mins to these guys because I know that the time spent driving to them, would be spent, and then some waiting at a box store, only to leave empty handed and out man hours. These guys (and Sherry), are all inclusive, meaning you get what you went there for, and then some. I have these guys on speed dial as a consult, when purchasing tools. Brought in a "Box Store" Generator that nobody in my area would work on....every place I brought it to said I should have bought one from them. Manchester tool repair fixed it in less then a day! Super nice and all for $168! Will be back for anything I can't handle myself. 6000 watt Powerstroke generator.........they knew what the common problem was and fixed it to last. Thanks!!!!
have been using them for 5-6 years many many tools fixed over the years, only had one tool take 3 weeks to get fixed, due to a part not avaiable. Rich is always good about being fair. Thanx
