I rented through them for over a year, cleaned out my stuff before the beginning of December and even took a picture for proof and they still charged me even though the unit was entirely empty with no lock, and the cable broke when I was trying to pull the door closed, so even the door was open. It's been taking me all month For them to get back with me and they told me that since they checked it on November 18 and there was stuff in it that, of course they would charge me for December, what kind of sense does that make? You rent a storage unit with an expectation that it would be dry and no leaks. Not here. Management first said they inspected my unit (that has my lock on it and they cannot open) and found no damage even though the leak is inside. An obvious lie. They did not even respond in a timely manner. After first reporting I waited 10 days before calling back. They are refusing to do anything to make this matter better, after ruining my furniture. Don't rent here!!!
