You rent a storage unit with an expectation that it would be dry and no leaks. Not here. Management first said they inspected my unit (that has my lock on it and they cannot open) and found no damage even though the leak is inside. An obvious lie. They did not even respond in a timely manner. After first reporting I waited 10 days before calling back. They are refusing to do anything to make this matter better, after ruining my furniture. Don't rent here!!!
