Slow and Irresponsible – When I called to make an appt to change the 4 locks on our Glastonbury home they said they could not come for a week. Since most places come within 24 hours this was a disappointment. But I wasn't in a hurry so I made the appointment. The day before the appt I called to confirm and also gave them the code to our old keys (they suggested matching them).
