Admitted with suspected dislocated shoulder, no pain relief offered or given by triage nurse. Only given when we went into see the Dr. We were seen quickly but discharged with a fractured clavicle, no supportive sling, no referral to fracture clinic and no cleaning or dressing of my son's other wounds (3 of). X-ray were fantastic. A&E staff were disappointing.
第一次帶女兒到聖誕節滑冰場滑冰，結果跌倒，右腳踝當下就腫了起來，寸步難行。心想Boxing Day急症室應該會很繁忙，所以就決定隔天才到急症室去就醫。 今天十一點半從家裡出發，十分鐘就到達兒科急症室門口，先生讓我和女兒下車後。門口站崗的保安先生幫我們開了門，微笑的指引我們到接待處。辦好就診登記，接待處職員告知會先安排護士問診，之後是醫生看診。值班醫生很細心的看診，並告訴我們需要進行X光檢查，才能確認腳踝是否有骨折或骨裂等。醫生還請護士送來輪椅，避免女兒會跌倒。從照完X光，到醫生看完報告及做出診斷，等候的時間並不長，從保安先生、接待處職員、護士、醫生、急診室助理等，都是微笑待人，其中一個職員還問我們需要飲料嗎？如有其他需要都可告訴她。乾淨的兒童急症室，安靜的診間，沒有人滿為患，一切都很美好。謝謝你們。
What a joke !!! A Nurse can't speak English!?? Could you believe that !!? How she could get this job at neonatal unit !!? How can I trust this system?! The service became the same as third world countries and the only difference is a massive buildings . Shame on the NHS.
