After being in hospital for seven months, I wanted to go to Bonnie Doon Mall for an outing. I’d need a helper to push my wheelchair on the bus and inside the mall. The care facility where I live contacted Manchester Rose Group, and they were able to put together the plan in two days. The worker who was sent was polite, prompt and kind. She helped me throughout the mall, reaching for things, and assisted me at the checkouts, packing my purchases. Our family let this company go after several months. We had significant concerns regarding the professionalism and knowledge of staff and supervisors in regards to the administration of insulin to our elderly father. We definately would not recommend. Also be advised this company charges significantly more than other caregiving companies in the area.
