Manchester OB/GYN Associates is great! They are nice, timely and thoughtful! Erin is thorough, she listens, is caring, and has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend them!!
I enjoyed this practice while I was pregnant but my one year appointment was not enjoyable. The front desk and billings department were so rude. I was turned away after ARRIVING to my appointment, finding care for my child, due to my insurance. I was told if I get new insurance, then I can reschedule my appointment. It would have been more appropriate to give me a call before my appointment as all my information was on record. I'm so disappointed with this practice. I have been without a steady GYN since mine had retired a few years ago. I bounced around and never felt a connection or was listened to. I had a visit with Juline Davis and she was fantastic. She is aware and present, she listened and answered questions. She was comfortable to confide in.
I want to start off by saying I was greeted with great professional service when I checked in upfront by the kind new receptionist that was present .Sarah called me in by my preferred name which is so nice of her. She prepped me to see Erin and she was amazing , great attitude, very efficient and everything in a timely manner.
