I had some transmission issues with my 2019 Toyota Highlander and ended up having a bunch of work done by the guys at Manchester Motors Service Department. I communicated mostly with Aaron, and he was great to deal with. He was very communicative, and kept me updated on everything going on with the car. I can't speak as highly as I used about Toyota's reliability, but I'd happily use these guys for vehicle services going forward!
Went to this shop for the first time yesterday for tires, alignment, and MD inspection. Couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. Fantastic personable, professional, and consistent timely communications from Jack. He was great to work with and that interaction ensured I will be a repeat customer again. My Wife's 2012 Expedition EL Limited's battery was having issues and the sub-freezing temperatures did not help the situation. Jack & Scott were excellent and provided a detailed analysis of their inspection and made recommendations on what was needed and proceeded with the repairs that got my wife back on the road. I’ve been coming here for various vehicles over the past 15 years or more. The group of guys working in the service department are fantastic. They are friendly and honest. It’s important to have a mechanic you trust and for me, it’s Manchester Motors. I highly recommend them.
