I am extremely disappointed with the service department and the way they handled our vehicle. We brought this car in while it was still under warranty because we were already noticing issues and wanted them documented. Instead of properly investigating the problem, we were told everything was fine, which gave us false reassurance and caused us to continue driving a vehicle that ended up having major issues. I had some transmission issues with my 2019 Toyota Highlander and ended up having a bunch of work done by the guys at Manchester Motors Service Department. I communicated mostly with Aaron, and he was great to deal with. He was very communicative, and kept me updated on everything going on with the car. I can't speak as highly as I used about Toyota's reliability, but I'd happily use these guys for vehicle services going forward!
Went to this shop for the first time yesterday for tires, alignment, and MD inspection. Couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. Fantastic personable, professional, and consistent timely communications from Jack. He was great to work with and that interaction ensured I will be a repeat customer again.
