Got my first car from here last December, fantastic service the guy (Nick I think he’s called) was super helpful & actually stuck to the three months warranty, helping with any problem or query. Cannot fault him at all will forever recommend this place.
I paid £4,395, for a Mokka. Stuart did not leave me the proper paperwork that I needed to even drive the car. Ive rang him lots of times and emailed him but had absolutely no response. I'm not happy and his customer care skills are shambolic. I'm not being treated right. I was the great buyer giving him four grand just like that. I truly wish I hadn't bothered. I recently bought a car from Manchester Motor Mart. Stuart was very helpful from start to finish. Wasn't pushy, gave me plenty of options and went out of his way to make sure things went well for me. Took my broken car as part exchange and even arranged a courtesy car while we had some work done on the car I was buying. Came in great condition, and Stuart even hand cleaned it himself before delivery, which can't have been pleasant in this heat.
