It was the worst experience I ever had.I always go to hartford hospitals, I tried me ancestor and never got seen.I walked out after waiting 2 hours and no one, not even a nurse. I will never go there again.
A lot of tests. None posted as of noon today from yesterday for blood work etal. Friendly, kind and time in recovery healed my blood pressure.
The staff was helpful and very professional also very friendly and the service was excellent highly recommend Manchester hospital
Usually I would give Manchester Hospital 5 stars but yesterday in the unit placed this one nurse seems to not like her job (Lazy/nasty Attitude). Then I was tested for Covid x2 maybe results lost but overall the PA, Tech staff, Admission, Nurses minus the one gave top care.
I was seen and cared for in a timely and professional manner. All diagnostics and treatments were thoroughly explain. I was released approximately 2 hours after being triaged.
