Took a little too much to get into the ED for having a completely empty waiting room. Once I was taken back the Dr was excellent. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Good job

I went into the emergency room yesterday for firm arm pain & swelling with coldness and numbness into my hand/fingers. As expected, I sat in the waiting room for a few hours - got called back for vitals and general intake where they said they were going to order an ultrasound. Put me in room 1, little while late Dr. comes in and visually evaluates my arm and moves my shoulder back and forth. Awesome staff. The ER doc and PA were very prompt and great bedside manner. Determined my issue and set me up for treatment rather quickly.
