SCAMMERS. Literally go anywhere else. Not sure what the play is at this place but I waited for over 3 hours in their waiting room just to be told to buy a medication from the pharmacy that a prescription was not even needed for. Then when I called to ask for clarification, the receptionist hung up on me.This could be the last medical center on the face of the earth and I would still not return. Shame on you people for taking advantage of people in need.
I was on vacation from out of state. I had a thorn splinter in my foot. It was deep and infected. Also could not be seen from the surface any longer. This place was fantastic from start to finish. Dr Sterling was also the best. They used a ultrasound to locate the thorn and then did surgery to remove it. I am now on penicillin for 7 days. Also very good coordination of benefits with my health Insurance and great staff. Very happy and grateful, would HIGHLY recommend! Thank you
The wait is always endless even when there’s nobody else waiting. Being seen, even when you get taken into a room, takes a long time. But the care is pretty great. Wasn’t sure how to rate this place. Dr. Sterling is wonderful. The medical assistants not so much, from my experience.
The doctor was very helpful and kind, staff friendly and building nice. However, we had a 2hr wait and it didn’t seem to be that busy.
