The worst massage I ever had. I stopped it after 40 mins because it was so bad.I’ve had massages on a regular basis for years and this is the only one I’ve ever stopped. I only let it last that long because it was a couples massage and my wife was being massaged on the other table and I didn’t want to cause a scene. I was praying the person would get better but she was clearly an amateur. My wife called multiple times to complain and got a total run around and never got a refund. Booked online and when I turned up rude receptionists said no one available to do it even though I had booked over a week ago. She was very gobby with me as if it wasn’t her fault … had to apply for a refund online as well. Very very basic salon and very rude staff. Won’t be back.
We had a booking through Groupon for my birthday. This was paid in full and we received a date/booking time, however once we called up to confirm what we can expect on arrival, the receptionist advised our slot isn’t guaranteed and we would find out 24hrs before if the slot we had already paid in full for was available!
