I have been with Manchester Insurance since I bought my Florida retirement home in 2021. I have worked with Kelly, and Nikki. They shop for good rates and are very knowledgeable and professional. Recently I needed a change to my policy and had very short window. I worked with Jessica, and Jodie, they got it done on time. They responded to emails and phone call in a timely manner. Jisel assured me with several questions I had. She was very courteous and knowledgeable! She researched a question I had and I was provided an answer only an hour later with an email. Great customer service that seems to be lacking these days - thank you Jisel! The cost of insurance on a small condo is high everywhere - this seems to be high as well but at least I’ve experienced quality service!

We had an issue where our homeowners insurance policy lapsed, and I was worried it would be a difficult process to get everything resolved. Thankfully, the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They quickly worked with our new loan office, answered all of our questions, and were able to get our policy reinstated without any hassle. Their professionalism, communication, and urgency made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend them!
