For the love of all things holy do not move here. Yes it cheap but you’ll regret it. Owners do not care about you, they live in NEW JERSEY. Apartment flooded multiple times and they violated the lease and I moved out. Also trash everywhere. The staff is awesome but the owners SUCK. First manager was Marissa then Julia they were both super sweet and helped as much as the owners let them. But my apartment had many issues. I used to really like this place. It was cute, affordable, and the original management and staff were great. But over the course of the 3+ years I've been here water had been cut off MANY times, for long periods that barely skirt around regulations and rules periods. We went without water in winter for almost an entire month with no ETA or status on resolution. Water does not get to suitable temps now, and is barely comfortably warm enough for showers. Poor administration, poor maintenance. There is never water and the A/C doesn't work
i regret moving here two years ago, and i regret renewing. i’ve never once been able to enjoy a simple shower because of the CONSTANT water issues that they just absolutely refuse to fix. this last winter, we actually went two full weeks without ANY running water, and they still had the nerve to charge us all in full for that month. nothing is ever fixed, maintenance staff is uneducated and replaced every few weeks, everything is run down and shoddy. my neighbor constantly parks in my paid for reserved, and yet the towing nu... read more
If you are considering moving here just be aware of the following: The office management over the last seven months has changed about five times. Every person they hire only lasts only a few months because of how bad the conditions are here. There is no real maintenance for the site therefore if you have any maintenance issues the only way to really get them addressed is if you call code enforcement.
