I absolutely love my manager Lilly for finishing works around the apartment as well as looked into issues that needed to be solved asap. She is very diligent, smart, and polite which makes it easier to talk to her about any issues we r facing around the property. Thank you so much!
IF I could provide a review without having to leave a rating I would. This place is HORRID. The owners are total losers and cheap out on every repair making this place almost inhabitable. I have lived in this complex since June 27th of 2025. LESS THAN 6 MONTHS and have had so many issues. Don’t get me wrong Lillian is awesome and is doing her best to make sure things attempted to get done around the complex. But owner Mr.Rau seems to have other ideas about repairs. For the love of all things holy do not move here. Yes it cheap but you’ll regret it. Owners do not care about you, they live in NEW JERSEY. Apartment flooded multiple times and they violated the lease and I moved out. Also trash everywhere. The staff is awesome but the owners SUCK. First manager was Marissa then Julia they were both super sweet and helped as much as the owners let them. But my apartment had many issues.
