I went in for my scheduled service recently and had the pleasure of being assisted by Manny. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and easily one of the best service advisors I’ve interacted with. The service was scheduled for one hour, but he completed everything in just 45 minutes and even made sure my car was properly washed before handing it back. I do not recommend bringing your money here. Whether it be purchasing a car or going in for service. Their service advisor Manny is very unprofessional and hung up the phone because I challenged their ability to diagnose my 2021 Honda Accord. I would never purchase a car from here ever again and I do not recommend anyone buying a car from this place. I called and asked what the price was for a replacement donut tire. Sawit informed me that they don’t keep them in stock and I should go get a spare or new tire from a local tire place. I declined and again asked for the price of a donut. He again told me it was something that had to be ordered and again I said that’s fine. He then started rambling about something else so I hung up. I called back, asked for manager, but got the same clown. Instead of answering my question, he again explains what a donut is and again tells me... read more
