1. Sauna and/or pool are perpetually out of service. 2. People bring their whole family with them to work out and stand around all the machines taking up space or sitting on them. Young children will be sitting on equipment hanging out. 3. Multiple staff members bring in their children to sit in the office and instead of walking around the gym and assisting patrons. 4. The freeweight area is tiny with one 8 x 5 mirror for everyone there.
Went in to ask questions about joining the YMCA. Was treated so rudely as was my disabled husband. Will NEVER go here or probably any YMCA at this point.
