Updating past review: The people at this place are just as rude and hateful as they were when I reviewed it several years ago. I optimistically went in thinking it had changed, but it is just as bad. I left after about 3 minutes, thinking “Why are these people so miserable, what’s wrong with them?” It is extremely concerning what is going on there. And it is very regrettable to not be able to support a local business.

As a 55 year old who has worn glasses since age 10 and with a traveling lifestyle, I’ve seen many optometrists and eyeglass specialists. This place is ah-mazing!! A talented crew, fantastic frame selections, and it’s fun!

We love to support local businesses, however we were treated so poorly. We gave our prescription for our daughter who is legally blind who had lost her glasses (long story) , and followed up three weeks later for an update. We found out, after a very difficult aggressive phone call, that the script was never sent. We then went to the store to try and figure things out, again, trying to support local business and do our best to give every effort to make things right. It didn't go well. Never return my eye glasses I had bought them in for a Len repair and when I went to pick them up they told me I did not bring them in,no paperwork because it was under warranty. Be careful who you do business with. I was not the customer my significant other was he won’t go back. He does not like arguing. Just keep that in mind get paperwork no matter what.
