Every time I come get it’s for a confusing minimum of three hours with zero communication on the staffs part other than “sorry for the wait”. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Our saleswoman just ghosted us to eat dinner while we sat at her desk forever. Been here over three hours so far... I’m fine waiting if you didn’t aggressively call me & tell me lies just to get me in here.
