Dr Eloise Quince was great with our cat. We had to wait for around 40mins because of an emergency, but they offered us drinks and were apologetic for the wait - which was not their fault. The reception staff Michelle Flower was friendly and professional.
All of my cats are registered at Manchester Cat Clinic and I recommend them to everyone I can! Moving Peanut’s care here as soon as they opened was the best thing I ever did for her as the last year of her life was as comfortable as I could have ever hoped for and she was cared for by Elle in a way that no other vet has ever done for her in the 17 years prior. I have only attended three appointments here and I can confidently say I would recommend this veterinary practice it is a positive/necessary change to be in a cat only clinic as I feel confident that everything possible will be carried out effectively, to me this vet practice goes beyond basic care as it seems they really try and work with you to problem solve and ensure you are happy and informed throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Everyone is friendly, making Milo feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment (I even think he enjoys visiting). Communication is really good and I have always been able to get a same day appointment for unexpected issues Milo faces quite regularly. You will also receive updates (with photos) if your cat requires any surgeries etc Couldn't thank the team enough for all the help they've given Milo over the past year.
I’ve recently switched to Manchester Cat Clinic after it was recommended by another vet (which I think says a lot in itself). The service my cat and I have received has been fantastic. The staff have been friendly, welcoming, caring and have explained everything really well to me.
