My cat Genji is a new member of Cat Clinic and although he’s not happy on the way there…he’s extremely happy once we are in the consultation room out of his carrier and shoving his head on the Vets for strokes and treats! The staff do an extremely great job of thoroughly checking my cat and ensuring I know what they are doing throughout the process as well as explaining any concerns in a way I can understand. Fantastic vets, so helpful and kind. My cat Bela gets very nervous when going for check ups but they were wonderful and patient with her throughout, letting her have a nose around like she owns the place! Thank you guys for being the best vets for all of our cats! 🐈⬛ 🐾
such an amazing vet! me and my partner were a little worried about bringing our kittens for their vaccinations and the staff there could not have made that a more pleasant experience. The reception team were friendly and welcoming and the vet staff was absolutely incredible and had a lot of patience and insight for all our questions, the environment was really warm and calming both for us and our babies. The best vet I've been to. I came with a lovely little stray, quite obviously ill but no the less a ball of personality. I had him over a bank holiday weekend and obviously grew attached. The reception and staff had a delightfully friendly and comforting air. Everything was decorated amazingly and the service was even more amazing. Surely one of the best vets in the UK. I'd been taking my Ragdoll (Rupert) to Vets4pets around the region for 8 years (Oldham, Stockport, Salford, Runcorn), I was referred to MCC for his teeth which needed a lot of work due to tooth resorbtion. The vets here are NEXT LEVEL, and far from the "in/out, see you as fast as possible, take your money, next..." approach that V4P has, I felt like they GENUINELY care about the health and welfare of Rupert.
