Scheduled on the app as a first-time customer. Had a good cut w/ Harlee and the rest of barbers there were accommodating too. Shop dog gets a 5/5 as well - would butt pet again.
AWFUL COSTUMER SERVICE. Called to make an appointment, which the person i spoke to expressed no issue with doing. Even asked if he needed my info, he said no, just come in for your appnt and tell us you're here for that time and we'll get your info then. A little later get a text that i need to schedule that time through their app, and if i had any issues to call.
