I had a very disappointing experience with Manchester Automotive. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I felt like I was constantly having to follow up just to get updates on my vehicle. The work took longer than expected, and when I got my car back, I wasn’t confident that all of the issues had been properly addressed. Absolutely horrible service… the owner Jon was horribly rude & when I went to pay him for my break replacement he tried insisting that I was overdue for an oil change so he did it anyway and added it to my final bill. I told him that this is insane and I just got an oil change this past week, he told me what was done was done. This is absolute nonsense & they will try anything in order to get extra money out of you, I will no longer be coming here. Do yourselves a favor and go to any other mechanic in Massachusetts.
