Great experience at TSI! I purchased a 2010 Lexus RX350. The owner Bill went above what I expected. He had just recently replaced all brakes and rotors, along with new tires. I noticed the brakes were pulsating, so I brought it to his attention a week later. I had my mechanic redo the entire brake job. Bill took the faulty pads and rotors back and wrote me a check! Matthew and Billy were absolutely awesome from the start. I spoke with Billy about a price over the phone since TSI is way over an hour away. I went for a test drive and decided to make the purchase. This vehicle was sold as is but when signing Matt said if I had an issue to reach out. I found some minor issues and without hesitation Matt said bring it down and they will take care it.
