We were sitting at a stoplight at Manchester and Sulphur when our car suddenly died—completely dead. Not even the hazard lights would turn on. It was a stressful situation, with my wife in the car while I was on the phone trying to find help and waving traffic around us. Being from out of town, we had no idea who to call. I'm just a little confused about the conversation I just had with a worker here. I called the shop, and asked him what availability the shop had to look at my car because the check-engine light was on. I told him, Auto Zone ran the code and my code for the Chevy 2017 Sonic came up as 84 and I had the part. He immediately said that they can't work on my car with no explanation. Just an overall very weird experience, which is sad because my brother recommended them.
