Dreadful customer service. They don't answer their phones after you've had surgery. There is a robocall to ask about your status after surgery and if you reply to have a nurse call, no one calls. They lost a tissue sample that was supposed to be sent for genetic testing. Then they did not share other test results with my doctor and wouldn't return my calls to their office to obtain the results. I had the same surgery again recently and had my doctor schedule it elsewhere and have been very happy with the care in comparison.

Overcharged by 100% for an "estimate" before service was administered for a procedure. Then 2-4 weeks for a refund.

I had surgery today at the Manchester Surgery Center and I could not have had a better experience. Every single person there from the moment I arrived to the moment left was so incredibly kind and patient and treated me as if I was their own loved one having surgery. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Chris Hamlin, and the CRNA whose name I believe was Jerry, were so informative and made sure that all of my questions/concerns were asked and answered. My first time at Manchester Surgery Center was excellent. All the staff were as nice & professional as could be & my nurses, Laura & Sue, were exceptional. They put me at ease from the moment I walked in. If I had to return to MSC for any reason, I’d do so without hesitation. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of me!

First surgery and being put under for me ever. Saying i was anxious is an understatement. The doctors and nurses were so kind, positive and compassionate. I felt so safe and cared for. Yesterday all I could say to everyone i spoke too was i could not get over how extremely nice, genuine and attentive everybody was at manchester surgery center on Jan 20th- Thank you!! For helping me through something emotionally difficult for me. My husband and i appreciate you all.
