Cowboys and liars avoid do not let the insurance company send your car here Repair was sub standard pin holes in the paint And now after a door replacement I have an alarm malfunction on the dash they refuse to admit existed sent car back to me at my cost because there was no fault they say Then put key in straight pops up the alarm malfunction message they say doesn't exist March my repair started and im still no car Still ongoing now arguing for the car to go to a specialist for repair and not back to these lot
Had our car repaired here & the experience was great, couldn’t fault them, from speaking to the lady on reception who was very pleasant & helpful to our car being repaired was overall a great experience. Thank you
Had car for 7,weeks, still not done,took 3 weeks just to start, poor performance
The worst repair company ever. My car has been with them for more than 6 weeks and until now they have not given me a replacement car. Even when I try to contact them, they do not answer. I want to file a lawsuit for compensation for all the losses I have suffered because of them
The repair took longer than expected (over a month) although I wouldn’t have felt the impact if I was given a courtesy car. They didn’t have any automatic courtesy for the whole duration of the repair which was very disappointing. The two star is just for the lovely staff
