I don’t mean to review bomb, but I’m genuinely surprised by all the positive reviews. Maybe it’s because I came in right before closing—that part is on me—but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. When I showed the barber the photos of the haircut I wanted, she barely glanced at them, said “oh yeah,” and immediately looked away.
